My complaint:

I am very furious when my wife qas in the store on december 24 finishing up our christmas shopping we saw a customer without a facemask and witness another customer tell a sales, associate that there was a person in the store not wearing a mask and he was exremly mad. The sale associated responded he could do nothing because the corporate ofgice said not to get involve in situations like this. This made the other customer and us extremly furious why ollies had a sign out side the door mask should be wear to enter to shop and ollies employies can call to the attention to customers not wearing mask and walk by them like nothing. This is why this covid pandemic keeps spreading because depRtment stores like yours don’t care about their employees and customers. With whatvyour emplee answered that coperste ofgice said dont get involve says it all. Ollies just want peoples money especiLly in holidays and dont care about there vustomers heath. This was at the ollies in jonestown road in Harrisburg Pa.

Suggested solution:

Take action!!!! Have your employees tell customers in the store without a mask to put one on or leave the store. And if they dont want to escort them out!!! For the safty of your own employees and customers.
