My complaint:

On 10302020 about 4:33 pm. Jessica “the cashier” got upset because I did not give her my relatives associates sale number before she started to scan my items. I apologized to her then advised her I did not know I had to give it to her before she begun to scan items.Jessica told me she had to void out items in order to enter in associates sale number but she was not able to, I asked her who was able to void out items if she wasn’t ,she then called over a co- worker to void out items, Jessica asked me for associates sale number after she entered it in she then asked me our relationship I told her our relationship, Jessica called manager “Jina” Jessica and Jina stepped a side to whisper in a private conversation Jina came over told me associates ID number was only good for the grand opening. After I paid for my items leaving the store I called the Bossier City location the manger at that location “Tanya” advised me Jessica and Jina had no business asking me my relationship to the associate after I gave the correct associates sale number Jessica should of completed transaction. I called to speak with Jina,Jessica hung up in my face.

Suggested solution:

Allow me to use associate sale for items I purchased on 10202020 ,stop discriminating ,Jessica and Jina should also be reprimanded ,and I would like to speaker with in corporate.
