My complaint:
Hello, the last few times I shopped at Ollie’s I’ve noticed some very unpleasant smells of something dead. The floors are dirty with nasty spots in certain areas. I’ve actually seen rodent droppings on the shelves and mice running around. This matter needs attention ASAP. I recommend Stanley Steemer’s Cleaning Service. They will definitely get the job done.

Investigate and take action , immediately! Health hazard !!
