My complaint:
I am a former employee at store 377 and I was asked to accept a position that I was not trained for and he was very rude and unprofessional while I worked for ollie’s.
I was treated very bad because I didn’t move to his best and refused to let him belittle me as a human being. I have also filed a report with BBB and also filed a complaint with EEOC for the way I was treated on the job.
Suggested solution:
If you want to not have to keep hiring people because of him then you will have to get rid of him because he and his assistant managers are not fit to be over anybody he has a very bad disposition and so does hs gaye assistant managers you can\'t talk to people any kind of way and think you can\'t be touched because of his gaye affairs on the job.
