Ollies Bargain Outlet complaint: Manager

4 months ago - I want to say that I know for a fact the manager does that, I've seen him disrespect his employees when I'm in there, and the one cashier he was very friendly and gave me the Manger name and vito manager above him needs to do his job and do an investigation on him, I won't even shop there anymore till that manager is fired.

4 months ago - I was in that store 2 weeks ago and the same manager was yelling at either a customer or an employee, he's disrespect woman, you ask him where something is and he gives attitude, but I agree with the other 2 comments, the guy seriously needs to be reported for harassment in a work place. I haven't been back there since that day, and won't go back either. However I did go to one in Cadillac, it was amazing, great service and the people working all had smiles, good job to that manager 👏.

4 months ago - I was in the Alpena store, and noticed a few times on different occasions this manager and how he handles his store and employees, the store is so cluttered, you can't find nothing, maybe he needs to be a better manager and get his store organized, I can't stand narcissistic guys who think it's ok to belittle woman infront of us (customers) I think you all said his name was vito, well vito I'm a guy to and I would never treat a lady like that, and I ever hear you treat your employees like that to where they cry, I will call corporate on your ass.

4 months ago - To the guy who said he was gonna report to corporate, good luck. I hope they do something, if I was above him, and saw that going into ollies, I would b on the phone in the store with corporate and tell them what's going on, this guy needs to be fired if he does shit like that. And managers like that wonder why they see high employee turn over all the time, because it's managers like vito that treat his employees like shit.
