My complaint:
I am writing this email in reference to a concerning display of extremely rude and disturbing employee behavior I witnessed in your store on April 4, 2013 @ 3:30 pm. I was browsing the electronics isle inside your store when I heard an elderly lady asking for assistance at the only register that was illuminated indicating it was open for service. No one was at the register and the lady had been waiting for some time. Finally I heard a loud voice from a different part of the store yelling at the lady stating “You have to go to the register to be taken care of” “Then she yelled something else at her that I couldn’t understand. It was obvious to anyone in the store that this employee was being extremely disrespectful.
I have to say, this left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t think I’ll be visiting this store again.
