My complaint:
First of I was not greeted by none of the employees standing in front when I came in. I then proceeded to the counter to ask a question about the solar lights. I asked the Caucasian Female for assistance which she gave and was very polite. The girl standing next to her never said a word. I went to find the item but couldn’t, so I seen the associate Tacora” and attempted to ask her. I motioned for her approached her with a friendly hey. The associate first just stood there looked at me, then rolled her eyes with attitude responded” what’s up?” I then replied never mind and immediately after I walked off she got on her phone. I read didn’t appreciate the rudeness of this employee @ all as I a am advit customer @ Ollie’s bargain Outlet..
Suggested solution:
Talk to your employees let them know they should respect their customers the same way the customer respect them. The lady Jen the black young mail were the nicest were very helpful… This happens on 523 between 5 pm 5:20 est.
