My complaint:
I have shopped at Ollie’s many times. On several occasions I have encountered rudeness and attitude from a clerk named Claudia. I ask a former student of mine who use to work at Ollie’s if she knew her and if other customers had complained about her. Yes to both. However she told me the manager has done nothing. Not sure what is true but I promise I don’t make a habit of filing complaints. I have worked in the public for 40 years and it doesn’t cost anything to be nice.
Suggested solution:
Suggestion - remove her as cashier and have her stock shelves
