My complaint:
I have been to ollies plenty of times and everytime I go there there is 1 register open long lines. The managers are sitting around talking and watching instead of opening up another register to help out. I have been there and heard them speak to their employees with a nasty tone. The bathroom is always nasty.
Suggested solution:
Mark and Jeremy need to either be fired or retrained because their service as managers are really bad. And they need to hire a janitor.
