My complaint:
I purchased Bitcoin of $125 with my chime card me I want to send out to external Bitcoin wallet and I didn’t receive code on my email for almost an hour and when I restart my phone the next thing I received was Okcoin restricted my account without me doing anything please help me out I can’t wait up to 180 days
Suggested solution:
They should help me resolve it on time and in a way I can get to withdraw my Bitcoin out of the account cause I didn’t do anything wrong to deserve a restriction on my account I have proof and they should help me get my money out on time I can’t wait for 180 days I’m on disability and I need my money to get some food and get to buy my prescription thank you
