My complaint:
The stated fee to move my crypto in my wallet was $40, then when executing the transaction I was told there is a $2000 fee to actually move the money. There is no such thing in any other wallet I have ever used. This is ransom!
Suggested solution:
Because nobody will use their platform if they treat customers this way
