My complaint:
I live in Georgia (country name, not US). I have been trying to withdraw my assets (around $300 now) for months but SMS ation just doesnt arrive. OKcoin blamed the network nad insisted that nothing was wrong on their end. THey suggested trying another number. So I did. But still no SMS ation was receved. And now, all I get from OKcoin is a heartless AI customer service answer. It’s a vicious cycle. I have to explain and reexplain my problem over and over again to that stupid AI customer service of theirs. I dont know what to do. I feel robbed and cheated.
Suggested solution:
Anyway possible, just give me my $300 back in any shape or form.
