My complaint:

I have been having ongoing discussions regarding their service. When they reply, it is blatantly obvious that they have not read all the correspondence on my ticket. Because they keep offering the same solution that I have already tried.

I raised a complaint and they just do not answer. I hastened the ticket requesting an answer to my complaint. And still, they do not answer.

Suggested solution:

Answer my complaint and teach your customer service advisers to read all correspondence on a ticket before repeatedly offering solutions that have already been ed as tried by the customer.
