My complaint:
We can cancel the automatic subscription renewal, but would not issue a refund.
I regret to inform you that I was being misleading by a company address contact.uk@joingsg.com, They was said if I join the two years subscription I will get an award of 50 pounds but finally they broke their promise. I like your app but I already have quite a lot of VPN already also to be honest, your VPN service is quite expensive. So I’m sorry I have to cancel this current account and get the refund. I really hope to have your understanding. Thank you.

As we can see you have already refunded two payments under your account, as such, we can no longer issue any refunds. Please take a look at our Terms of Service, which you have agreed upon making the purchase, they state, and I quote:
You can only get a refund for our Services twice. If you buy any of our Services again after that, you will not be granted a refund for any further cancellation.
