My complaint:
I renewed for $42.on Oct 29 because I was notified one-year sybscription was ending. I hot confused and started a plan for $11a month, but used a different email address. Their Customer Service is deplorable. No human-to-human contact iver the phone as in other VPN, which I have used. Now I cannot log into my account even thoigh I have paid for it and I cannot ca cel the recurring $11 per month I do not need. I only even NORD because I can connect to servers in mt native Scandinavia.
Suggested solution:
CANCEL the $11 pmt. per month I used with email usfvef@gmail.com and teinstste coverage for email usfvet19@gmail.com I am so disgusted. I am out of money and I have no VPN!
