My complaint:

Due to a phone hack I had to buy a new phone. The email I had used to purchase one year sub at $42.12 was usfvet19@gmail.com.That email was blocked from use by GOOGLE(Go Figure), so I attempted to transfer sub to usfvef@ gmail.com(my other email) Nord Auto-Fill Form cannot accept transfer, however, as usfvet19@gmail.ckm no longer exists. I am upset and tired of NORD’S intransigence about this matter, so I am demanding refund of $42.12 to my card. NORD will tell you yhat theyrefunded $11 dollars already. That is true, but J realized I could get 1 yr sub for $42.12 , so I took thaf on usfvet19@ gmail.com on 29 October and requested $11 mo pmt to be retutned and dub c a ncelled. It is even confusing yo me. I do mot undrrdtsnd why I had yo but ankthed phone. I am on limited income and these phones are not cheap.

Suggested solution:

Transfer the 1 yr sub ($42.12) on 29 October for usfvet19@ gmail.com to ONLY email I have left, i.e., usfvef@gmail.com If they cannit or will not, then refund the BLOODY $42.12 to my card. No phone to call. Are they trying to save money,???
