My complaint:

i have a 3 year subscription that does not expire until 72022, but since the beginning of 82021, i have been getting errors connecting to nordvpn service. it was saying that i need to re-subscribe. the first time i contacted them via text (which is the most frustrating means of communicating a problem) as you cant call them, the agent fixed the problem, because anyone that looks at my account cant see that it was not expired. the same errormsg occurred about a week later. i texted again and got it corrected. the same errormsg occurred about another week after. i texted them again but this time i’m told my account is suspended because some automated tool told them i was scraping. i asked them to refund the last year of the service i paid for if they were not going to honor my 3 year payment. agent told me that i cant get a refund because my account is suspended but when i ask for proof of this so called scraping they do not provide any. so essentially nordvpn is running a despicable scam. ie they cant refuse you service for any reason because they dont want to honor the 3 years you pay for. i was told (i meant texted) by one agent that they did not offer 3 years any more only 2 years. it seem this is the reason they have tried to get out of honoring my 3 years of paid service. this is most disgusting because unlike any other service where you pay after you receive the service, with nordvpn you pay first then they can decide not to honor the agreement and tell you you have no recourse. this is the definition of a scamfraud.

Suggested solution:

honor the balance of my subscription or refund me for the portion they are denying
