My complaint:
I just went to purchase a few items from the above No Frills location I asked the cashier for a Price Match on a Fortinos af for Tropicana juice at $3.49. After a few seconds she said she couldn’t Match it. When I asked why seeing we will be not be undersold signs are everywhere She said she did not know why. I asked for the manager and after a few minutes someone claiming to be the manager came and gave me the same reason (I don’t know why) I then stated this makes no sense seeing Fortinos uses Optimum points so must be affiliated with No Frills. She then walked away and I went over to her and asked for her name. When she stated I don’t give my name I said I understand your employee number will do. She then stated she will not give me that either. I took a small video of her walking away and part of the incident. I can send you it if needed. All I can say if that is how you train your management to treat the public I am amazed. Hopefully someone from No Frills management will contact me, you should remove your signs and don’t claim to Match prices if you don’t plan on doing so.
Suggested solution:
At least someone should contact me and explain why she didn't match the price and if they think that it is proper for the manger to not even know a valid reason and not prepared to give her employee number but run away.
