My complaint:
My brother is mentally disable and diabetic. when he was at the store shopping he has urge to urinate because of his condition ,and he went outside relief himself . when he returned to store where he left his shopping cart , he was denied entry by a person claim to be the owner of the store. he took his cart and left without shopping . this was only one time he urinate outside the store. store does not have any washroom. then mon july 3rd he returned to store in the morning to buy groceries again the so called owner was there and denied entry. he was shoppin there almost last 20 years and he is a senior.
I do not know weather no frill has a policy to denied entry simply for urinating outside the store or discrimination mentally disable person , or discrimination against visible minority.
Suggested solution:
it does not matter the outcome this complain ,but it could happened to anyone. he needs to held accountable and apologized to shoppers affected by him.
