My complaint:
Walked in to get a salad and slipped on smashed berries all over the floor. I wrenched my ankle bad skinned my knee hurt my wrist. 2, young girls help me up and preceded to find someone to help me. No one was around at all. They finally found an older gentleman who in turned called Nick walking around in the phone. He wrote some things on a piece of paper and I have not heard from anyone since the accident. No report had been filled out and no one called to even to see if I was all right. I am my husband’s soul caregiver as he has some major health issues. I am 67 years old. A call to see how I was would only be common courtesy. I have picture but having problems uploading them. I shop at no frills regularly. It’s a shame
Suggested solution:
I feel that I should receive some kind of compensation from your company as I felt that they did not want to be bothered with my fall, and no one had the courtesy to follow up. I am going this route first before I seek council as I think this whole issue has been mishandled
