My complaint:
i parked where i always park, the concrete stops i never had a problem, about 1 month ago i pulled in just fine, when i backed out there was a loud noise, i checked my car and a big piece was pulled off and it was on the ground, and my front bumper was hanging down i have to keep it up with wire, i had the manager look at it there is a big bolt that is still to high up, it took a month to get an answer, the manager said he would have it fixed but not yet, other cars could get damaged he blamed me that my car was to low, it is exactly the way that i got it at the ford delarship
Suggested solution:
i think they should pay for all the damages to get my car back to the way it was
