My complaint:
I showed the cashier at 2 a sreen shot of Chapman’s premium ice cream for $3.99 , and I have used screen many times before and they were honored at this same store. The cashier called her supervisor who said they could not honour a screen shot, even though the name of the store the product and the date from the screen shot of the flier were evident. I asked to speak to the store manager and a department manager gave me the same story. He brought up the ad on his phone and because the ad showed a vanilla product he said that it was only good for vanilla. Which was clearly wrong. He further told me that i needed the real flyer of a smart phone version, when i had used screen shots numerous times before . This took place at 06192022 -2:43 p.m.
Suggested solution:
NO Frills should honour the price match and apologize for lying about the use of Sreen shots of a flyer, and lying about Vanilla being the only flavour that could be There slogan is They won't be beat . They should honour it,
