My complaint:

I work for a 3rd party company in no frills. My job is to talk to people shopping in the store and promote pc mastercard. Along with that I have to answer calls from my supervisor, manager, and other colleagues everyday and I have to be active on the telegram group that our team has so that we celebrate every little achievement (sale) of my team members. Today, all of a sudden, store owner comes up to me and tells me that I am not supposed to use my phone which is not true.

I have been doing this job for over 1 year now and I know my job duties. Store owner calls my manager and order him to send me back home just because I was texting my team members. My shift was canceled and I was sent home.

My shift has been canceled for the whole week for something I never did. Its already a tough time, there are no other jobs available and those with the authorities are misusing their powers and this is not the 1st time it has happened. I want the management for no frills to take action against this wrongdoing done by the store owner.

Suggested solution:

Reach out to the store owner and ask him if he is aware of my job duties. Compensate for the loss that I have to bear beacuse of suspending me to not work for a week.
