My complaint:

Bought tightly plastic-sealed Romano cheese by mistake. Took it back untouched, unopened still air-tight seal a day later and was told there is a government policy that forbids us taking back unopened, untouched, still tightly packaged PC Romano cheese a day after its purchase. Just another way for the Weston family to steal…over and over and over again. I’m still waiting for my $25 for Loblaws and No Frills fixing bread prices. So there is NO POINT in com plaining to the Westons.

Suggested solution:

Allow me to return the unop[ened untouched cheese and but the cheese I want
