My complaint:
I bought 4L organic homo milk (with 3 separate bags inside) on Nov 14 2022 on above Nofrills store, which milk has a best before date of Nov 29 2022. We consumed two bags which looked normal, but when I opened the 3rd bad on Nov 20,2022, there was lots of clogs and smells bad, gotten bad already. It was stored in my fridge with the regular temperature of about 4 degree….
I asked one Nofrill store employee about this, she told me that I had to bring the bad milk back for them to check…How many people have such free time to just bring bad and opened milk back to the store? I had the picture of it though. And it was said on return policy that do not bring bad food back to the store!
I submitted an online request, and got a referrence 14500253 (I put the store address wrong there). I got an email from Loblaw saying they sent me an emailresponce, however I did not find that email. When I tried to call the number that they provided today, I had to wait too long to speak to anybody, finally I had to give up, since I had to go back to work. But then I found an email in my junk box saying the case has been closed, since they did not hear from me in 5 days…
To be honest, this is the 2nd time that the milk got bad before expiry date. Last time it was also bought from this Nofrills store, but i did not keep record.
I would love to see how you can help customer to solve this problem.

They need to provide good quality product, and compensate me for the bad ones I paid for.
