My complaint:
I made a 500 EUR order from Nike on July 27, 2020. The order contained 11 items, and they shipped me a package with just 1 item.
Over the course of 2 months, I contacted Nike about this issue for a total of 8 times:
On august 7,
On august 14,
On august 21,
On august 28,
On september 2,
On september 14,
On september 18,
On september 25.
And their answer was that they were ‘looking into it’.
At some point I began to realize they were playing around with me, and I just had to accept my losses.
I can’t help but wonder how many times big brands take us for fools and completely violate our rights as a consumer.
Suggested solution:
Refund for the items not sent.
