I am a long time committed user of Nike products particularly joggers for over four decades. A pair of Nike Air Max 2017 was purchased from given location used very satisfactorily for well more than a year as was normal for Nike joggers. One fine morning while walking suddenly I felt uneasy, checked my joggers and found out that there was a lump in the right shoe at heel (like it has swelled). I continued to walk with a hope that it may come back to normal position, which did not happen. Resultantly I had to abandon my walk.
It is expected that since it is a technical defect I needs to be compensated with the joggers of same standard. I know that Air Max 2017 is no more available. I feel that being a committed user fan of Nike it is my right as well.
