My complaint:

Hi I am writing to you in the case of my lost adidas shoes that I have sent by mistake (for which I again apologize) to NIKE.
I have been on the nike chat with Ege and a week later with Grace, who told me that the box did arrive at your storage in Rokycany the Czechia but it came empty.

They promised to look into the matter and let me know, as a result they said that they did receive the box but empty.

I have the postal receipt (attached) says the weight of the box was 1,102 kg, this is not an empty box. They are very unwilling to deal with the matter and I do not know who to turn to.

Suggested solution:

They should send back the adidas shoes, I am willing to pay for the shipping.
