My complaint:
I find it sneaky when they say top up and start earning interest daily within 48 hrs at the home page , and then you find out they don’t pay you, but never say why until you get into some hidden faq in the support page or get pointed to it when complaining, where it says there exists some minimum amounts for earning interest nowhere else in the homepage were even suggested.
Suggested solution:
at least they should put a notice when users top up, clearly stating that interest is paid only for certain minimum amounts and , obviously, show the amount in numbers
Also they should pay me the interest i gained, as advertised.
