My complaint:
Nexo had taken significant payments of 35000 USD when the margin call had not hit. It did so for two minutes at 83.36 per cent and is not enough to take a partial payment as they call it of 35000 USD. I want a refund of 123 BCH immediately.

They should refund me my 123 BCH immediately
