My complaint:
I made a Bitcoin deposit from my crypto broker to my Nexo.io wallet address. The transaction was ed on the blockchain and the wallet address is correct. Nexo has received my funds, but never credited them to my account. I have spoken to customer service numerous times, but have not gotten any results. Every time, I am told that the issue is being worked on and that I just need to wait.
However, after doing some research, I can see that I am not the only one with this problem, and that some people are forced to wait for months without any results. I just want this problem solved. The funds are mine, there is no reason for them not to be reflected in my account.

Using this information and searching on the blockchain explorer will show that the transaction went through successfully. Nexo has received the funds, but will not credit them to my account.
