My complaint:
I lost access to an email account tied to my account but the phone number was still active and I could always use other 2FA options. When I asked to change the email address they asked for a copy of my driver’s license as well as a video holding that expressed the changes being made, I did all they asked but they next stated since I had previously lived in NYS and now TN I had to prove I really lived in TN with Bank statements, tax returns, insurance proof, proof of residence such as utility, and proof of residence agreement.
This is an unreasonable amount of document requests when 1 or 2 would work, many of those docs are digital only and since my wife and I own our properties (some in her name only) there is no logical way to prove residency agreement. They merely want to make it so hard that we give up and let them keep the money. They are scam artists big time.
Suggested solution:
Give me my funds, allow me to remove my funds and then I'll never use their platform again.
If they refuse and I pursue this out of pocket I will not only continue to smudge their reputation I will seek damages minimum of 25 times the money I have lost and expenses. Furthermore I will gather people and create a new class action lawsuit against them to go with their others.
