My complaint:
I had a loan with Nexo using thousands in crypto. Nexo sent emails stating they would automatically liquidate at a certain percentage. Every single time I checked my percentage did NOT match the amount they stated they would liquidate.
Just checked my account and they sold 95% of my portfolio illegally. Do not use this platform for a loan!
Suggested solution:
Give me all my crypto back.
