My complaint:

I am a customer of the Nexo service, which provides crypto loans. On 21.2.21. I sent 1000 euros to my nexo account. To date, this money has not been credited to the account. Customer support was answered only once. She wrote me that the transfer could take up to 5 days. Today it is already 6.3 and I still do not have money in my Nexo account. Customer support no longer depreciates. The ticket number for Nexo customer support is 38320. Thank you very much for your help.

I’ve got a few crypto on Nexo. My most recent 20K USDC transfer from Coinbase to Nexo got stuck on Feb. 21, 2021. Made multiple customer support requests; all were answered with only generic reply ” we are working on it.” That was more than a month ago. I still do not have my money in my Nexo account.

Credit my nexo account or return it to my bank account.
