My complaint:

Had been with netspend a number of years, out of the blue someone decided to close my account without notice. Of course, this put a hardship on my day to day living. Had to scramble to get my direct deposits sent to another bank. This also delayed my monies getting to me and more inconvenience.

Suggested solution:

Reopen my account.
