My complaint:
Netspend’s provisional credit process states that it can take UP TO 10 business days for a provisional credit to be given, it does not state it is mandatory for a customer to wait 10 days before they can receive a provisional credit. They need to choose their words wisely and abide by the process. Stop being lazy and stop making the customer suffer even more.
Suggested solution:
My card was stolen I was left with a negative balance reported my card stolen and filed a dispute, I’m still suffering with nothing. Give the customer the provisional credit stop making us suffer more than we already are.
