My complaint:
3 years ago I ordered jeans for a Christmas present but after a month without them having been shipped, I cancelled my order and NetSpend released the funds back to me. About a month after that the company I ordered and canceled from charged the amount again and NetSpend paid it when I did not have enough to cover it and are now holding the $60 I just paid to activate a new card. I never received the items I was charged for and that company was Aeropostale.
Suggested solution:
By canceling my negative balance on my previous account and releasing the funds in my current account.
