My complaint:

I had $11,444.75 deposited to my account. Had 3 cash advances to withdraw the funds ($5,002.50 , $5002.50, $1,002.50) on 8/3/2021. One of the $5002.50 transactions never went through to Keesler Federal Credit Union. This was discovered 8/6/2021. I and Keesler have called Netspend about recovering the pending transaction but they keep saying give a verbal ation but never doing anything. Each time its like I’m speak to the same exact person. It is now 8/11/2021 and my money is still pending and on 8/10/2021, Keesler had to take the funds back from me, resulting in me now owing the bank. Netspend refuses to release or recover my funds. At this point, I will never use this company again after this situation is resolved.

Suggested solution:

Release my funds.
