My complaint:
claim not resolve keep you holding on the phone line never come back too answer keep telling you the same thing nothing is get done this the worse net spend can get i am really upset with this the manager not a good help they never come too the phone never return calls this bad so bad i really don’t like net spend anymore.
Suggested solution:
just claim resolve and retrain everyone and no long waiting on phone line and keep close look on all employee and better customer service.
