Complaint: Who cancelled my account

My complaint:

This morning I received an email from Netflix telling my account had been cancelled at my request. IO did not do that and no one has my email or password for this account. I went ahead and renewed my account but no onre in customer service could answer my questions. And I was not told how to register a complaint. I found that answer on the internet. I just want to know who is responsible so I can make sure this does not happen again

That stuff is practically impossible to track, and even if it was, it’d not be worth anyone’s time – it’d be different if someone had used your payment details without permission, but this wasn’t the case. Just change the password to your account and sign out all devices to make sure that you’re the only one with access to the account.
