Netflix complaint: Upgradation of plan without my permission

My complaint:

With respect I state that my Netflix plan was upgraded from basic to HD without my permission. I was using 199Rs plan but suddenly I found that o 25 April they changed for 649Rs.
Apart it automatically debited from my debit card without my concurrence.

Suggested solution:

I want my plan to be converted to basic and 449rs to be deposited to my account.
Further I don't wish for automatically charging it.

Same thing happened with me. Netflix changed my subscription from mobil version 199 to premium Ultra HD 799 without my permission. I have not received any prior email notifications or message about the change. They are fraud people.

same thing for me.. happened today. account upgraded from standard to premium without any advanced warning.
