My complaint:
I hv subscribed for netfix in march 2020 with ;ob no 9891947447 through my credit card. I hv noticed that you hv deducted from my credit card the next month subscrition without my authority. You are therefore directed not deduct any subscription directly from my credit card in future.

By stopping direct deduction from my credit card
