My complaint:
I want to be completely honest here’s what happened my account was shut down a little while ago and the thing was I wasn’t the one that shut the account down to I did not receive a phone call or a letter or an email from Netflix notifying me that this was happening where I would have intercepted it the somebody with an unknown IP address that hacked my account and went ahead and did that I feel with all honesty the way I was treated by the customer service representative on all they had to say was no no no we can’t we can’t we can’t we can’t I’m so sick of your company saying this I mean Netflix is you know I’m at an elderly I’m on a fixed income and I don’t have the time to delegate this problem I would like something done
Suggested solution:
I would like something done about number one reactivate my account no charge secondstart an investigation into what exactly happened and they will see that it was not me that told these people to shut it down I didn't I didn't sign nothing I didn't agree to nothing so my rights as an American and as a older American have been violated
