My complaint:
when we taken your services we have told that cost of PLAN is Rs.799- per Annam .And same could pay with our Vodafone bill.
we were agreed to spent Rs.799- Pa.
but since JAN-2020,you are charging Rs.799- on monthly basis ,which we have paid with our vODA bill -no-8587900038.
could you mention that why you have chitted us and charged the amount 3 times more as compare to your offered.
kindly repay the excess amount to us immediately and resolved the issue.
