My complaint:
I’m a Netflix customer for more than a year.
Just lately I have discovered that my credit card is charged twice a month: on the 14th each month for 32.90 ILS and then again in the 19th for 60.90 ILS. Those dual charges are recurring since March 2019.
I have contacted Netflix support center and asked to cancel the charges for the 60.90 ILS program. This is done.
I have never used the 60.90 ILS program. Never logged in with a user, never watched even for one minute after march 2019. During this period, Netflix never sent me an e-mail, a bill, or a notice that my credit card is charged twice for an unused account
I would like to ask to receive a refund for this overcharged.
