I have the tvq-st-106 error on my PlayStation 3 nothing seems to resolve it!

It’s an issue with your device connecting to the Netflix servers, most likely between the modem and your PS3. Try unplugging your modem / router for 30 seconds, or if you’re using wifi try connecting with a cable for a more stable connection. If it’s still not working contact your internet service provider to investigate where the connection issue lies.
