My complaint:

On Friday 3rd july 2020 Netflix deducted 649 without informing user account about the recharge, it’s not fair, 1at they should ask about the expire, If the user account is happy to recharge is fine but without asking is no fair

Suggested solution:

Its humble request plz refund the amount back my account please
