Netflix complaint: Unauthorisation of fee charges

My complaint:

I am in hk and I have subscribed a local plan. However, I noticed that I was charged a monthly fee in Islam cuurrency since May 2019 and this amount was charged to one of my credit card that I havent validated it due to renewal. I have reported this to the bank as this is an illegal transaction ! Please look into it asap.!!!

Suggested solution:

Please investigate this illegal transaction and it's involved data leakage !!!!
