Complaint: No clear information on free trial

My complaint:

I signed up for the 1 month free trial but was being charged on it. I checked with the live Customer Service and being told that someone within the household already enjoy the Free trial thus I was being charged for that. There was no information given that it is per household. What mentioned was Customers. In Singapore, there can be many different tenants within a household since many ppl rent the place. I asked to cancel now to get the fee prorated, it cannot be done as well. Since this free trial service is for Singapore, it should take into consideration of situation in Singapore, by giving genuine tc as well as information. There is no flexibility at all. I asked to downgrade the plan now, it cannot be done as well. Really terrible. Why not mentioned per household in the 1st place? By customers is so general which include individual
