My complaint:

My husband makes payment of our account through AMEX OR American Express to pay our monthly bills in NETFLIX. Yesterday, he already made the payment but unsuccessfully we can not watch from help you resolve the problem, here is our account in Netflix: account number:377670274438337. We shall be glad if you would look into the matter so we watch our favorite movies. Thank you.
